How do you select art?

We strive to find a balance of artwork that reflects unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be found anywhere else.  Our “selection committee” is comprised of other collectors, artists and art professionals.

What is the commission structure?

Simple.  Thirty percent of the sale price.

Do you “share” commissions?

We do indeed.  If you are an artist and we sell one of your works, we will let you know and send you a check for five percent of the sale price.  If the artist is not living or declines, these monies will go into a fund to support the Lancaster arts community.   One charitable arts organization will be selected each year.

I am interested in a particular artist.  Can you contact me when you a painting becomes available?

Absolutely.  If you have an artist, subject matter, series, etc. that you are particularly interested in, please let us know.

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes.  We will happily work with you, your budget and your aesthetic to find the right pieces for your home, office or business.

Where can I view the art in person?

If there is a specific piece that you are interested in, please call us and we will arrange a time and location in which to view the art that is convenient for you.
