In 1983, David Brumbach sent his closest friends exquisitely adorned holiday envelopes with a small note of cheer tucked inside. These envelopes are rare and are a wonderful piece for collector’s of David’s work.

Hand Painted Etching   Limited Editon  16/100

$600 for all 4 posters

In the early 80’s, Lancaster had very few outlets for artists to show their work.  The art community was spread out and not very connected.  The Gathering of Artists was organized to bring artists together and to give the public exposure to their work.  These is a rare collection of all 4 posters done for this event 1981-1984.   Framed   Signedgatheringofartists1983 gatheringofartists1981 gatheringofartist1984

One of Suk Shuglie’s first Acrylic paintings.   Stunning piece!

Freiman describes this painting:  “The Skaters” was inspired by my background, growing up in Lancaster County in an Amish-Mennonite family.  This piece evokes the many magical winters of my childhood, skating under the stars on frozen ponds with friends and neighbors. I used a cubist approach which is informed by Pennsylvania quilting patterns and colors.”

From the Animals In My Sofa series.

A rare collectors piece from the Lancaster Museum of Art’s “Trees Galore” show in 1994!
